Refund & Download Policy

1. Refund Policy

• No Refunds. All sales of digital products (PDF guides) are final. Once you complete your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

• Why No Refunds? Because our guide is delivered instantly via email and can be downloaded and duplicated, we cannot revoke access once it’s sent.

2. Download & Delivery Policy

• Instant Delivery. Immediately after your payment clears, you will receive an email (to the address you provided at checkout) containing:

  • A secure download link for your PDF guide

  • Instructions for accessing and saving your file

• Download Link Expiration. For security, the download link will remain active for 14 days or until it has been used five (5) times, whichever comes first.

• Email Issues.

  • If you do not receive the delivery email within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder first.

  • Still not there? Contact us at get_vet_connect@outlook.com with your order number and we will resend your link.

• Unauthorized Sharing. Your PDF guide is licensed for single-user use. Any redistribution, resale, or public sharing of the file is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright law.
